New Manager Training


Many people are promoted into management for strong performance, but receive little support in making the shift to leading others. When that transition goes badly, trust, retention and performance suffer. 

This experiential programme helps new managers build essential people leadership skills and unlearn outdated approaches to management in a changing, AI-enabled workplace. Covering coaching and feedback, performance conversations, leading meetings that drive decisions, presentation, psychological safety, presentation and influence, and more. 

About the Programme


Who for: Newly promoted and emerging managers. (For more experienced leaders, click here)

Format: 6-week programme, with real-world application between sessions. In-person or online. Core modules can also be delivered as standalone workshops, though the full programme is designed to deliver the greatest long-term impact.

Group size: 6-14 people to maximise practice, feedback, and real-world application.

Style: highly interactive and practical - built around real workplace scenarios, with coaching and feedback to embed lasting behaviour change, not just awareness.
