About the Programme


Who for: Experienced managers or senior leaders. For new manager training, see our programme here. 

Format: 6-week programme, with real-world application between sessions. In-person or online. Core modules can also be delivered as standalone workshops, though the full programme is designed to deliver the greatest long-term impact.

Group size: 6-14 people to maximise practice, feedback, and real-world application.
