About the Training


Who for: Managers and leaders responsible for running team meetings, workshops or cross-functional discussions.

Format: Half day. In-person or online.

Group size: 6–14 people to maximise practice and feedback.

Style: Practical and hands-on—using real meeting scenarios, live facilitation practice and coaching to build confidence and capability.
